I am absolutely thrilled to write that I have been nominated by the lovely Imogen (find her blog here!) for the ‘Sunshine Blogger Award.’ I am sure that by now regular bloggers know all about the award, but it is all about recognising other bloggers which you find inspirational and supportive. the idea of the award is to get to learn more about individual bloggers and help showcase blogs which you think really deserve some credit and love!
There are a few rules to the award and nominations, as to get to know and discover fellow bloggers. These are:
- Thank the blogger who nominated you and link their blog so others can find them
- Answer the 11 questions which the blogger who nominated you asked
- Nominate 11 bloggers and ask them 11 different questions
- List the rules and display the Sunshine Blogger Award logo on your site
Questions:
What has helped you the most to get where you are today in blogging?
I have had great support from family and friends, but i also have found the blogging community an absolute great help. Whenever i am unsure of something, need advice or a question answered there is always somebody willing to help. I love the support that bloggers give to fellow bloggers. They understand that it isn’t a competition and we all have different things and views to say.
How did you get into blogging?
I’ve enjoyed photography for a while now and felt like i wanted a place to share my photos with the world. At first i planned on it purely being just photos i wanted to share, but as i grew my site and read other blog posts, i felt inspired to just write and share with others.
Is there anything you would change about your blog at the moment?
Yes! i would love to start being able to post on a much more regular basis and perhaps even have a slight schedule. But with working long days i struggle to find the time, however i am hoping that may soon change!
What are you looking forward to in the future?
There is lots I could write for this one, I’m looking forward to becoming more independent and confident within myself. I’m also hoping that i get the chance to travel a bit more and see different parts of the world.

What is your favourite post you have ever written?
I think that would have to be ‘The Coastal Breeze‘. This is because it was a very personal written piece. It is my review and feelings over my time at the Jurassic Coast. I had so much fun visiting and taking photographs there that this has got to top the others!
Toilet paper, over or under?
Such a random question! But definitely over, that way you can see if any spiders or anything are hanging around there! But i am not passionate enough to be one of those people who change toilet rolls around in other people’s houses!
If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would you go and why?
Definitely Greece! I’d love to just pack up and move there and build up a hotel like Donna from Mamma Mia! Some absolutely gorgeous islands and i can just imagine it being so peaceful and a perfect place to start a life!
What’s your favourite joke?

Pet peeve, what is it?
I don’t know if this can really be classes as a pet peeve, but people not saying please or thank you! There is absolutely no need for being rude, even if you are unsatisfied by a service given etc. there are so many ways to go about it without being rude, there is zero excuses in my eyes!
